• 5 NIGHT MINIMUM AT EVENT RATE (JUNE 13-20, 2027)
• 1ST NIGHTS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• GUESTS  ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A US OPEN CONTRACT WHICH WILL BE SENT ONCE THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED. RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF THE COMPLETED CONTRACT. 
• CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE.
• A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
• INSIDE 60 DAYS, GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS OF THE RESERVATION
• ONCE INSIDE THE 60 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY, THE RESERVATION IS NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
