This year's Concours proved to be a favorite for many, and it's easy to see why.
Spending a full day on the Carmel streets means winding through a maze of color, chrome, and conversation.
One recurring theme every year is where people choose to showcase their prized possessions. Some love being right in the middle of the action, surrounded by the buzz of admirers, while others prefer quieter corners — like the coveted stretch of Ocean Avenue, where polished engines glimmer in the sun.
Oohs and aahs fill the air, cameras click endlessly, and time seems to pause with every captured moment.
As the day fades and the last engine revs echo through town, Horizon Inn guests have a small luxury waiting — convenient parking both on our patio and in our underground garage.
While others are circling the block in search of a space, our guests are already slipping off their shoes and settling into comfort.
The next morning, as we open the blinds and turn on the property fountains, the town begins to stir once again. We overhear couples chatting about the lack of parking or the hour-long wait for breakfast at their favorite spot.

Others may choose to unwind in our courtyard jacuzzi tub, letting the excitement of the day melt away.
By late afternoon, as Carmel begins to hum again with evening plans and dinner reservations, our guests can stay right where they are.
Our complimentary guest happy hour, served daily from 4–6 p.m., features local wine and light bites — the perfect way to relax and reconnect before the night ahead.
