Covid 19 Cancellation Policy

I'm sure you are aware that the travel and hospitality industries have been decimated by the Coronavirus Pandemic, and the strict measures taken by the health agencies and governments to cease all travel.

This has caused tremendous and widespread financial hardship to businesses like ours who are partially shutdown.  Much like the airline industry, reserves that we retain during normal course of business are depleted to the point that we are simply unable to refund reservation deposits at this time.

 Book Direct Reservations only 

  • We are providing a Gift Certificate for the full credit of your deposit to be applied to a future stay.  
  • Since you have chosen to book direct we are adding an additional 25% to the value of your deposit for your patience and understanding.
  • Rest assured when business operations begin to return to normal, and we have the ability to refund deposits, you will be able to void your GC for a refund of the original value of the deposit.  
We have no way of predicting when this may occur, but like you, we hope the this happens as soon as possible. 


Third Party bookings
