Carmel Valley Garden Show

The Carmel Valley Garden Club invites you to their 44th annual Garden show, which features lectures from master gardeners, a juried flower and plant show, and a Saturday evening gala. The garden show is free. The Saturday, May 5th Flower and Garden Show & Gala hosted by Hidden Valley Music Seminars, includes Carmel Valley wine and beer, a margarita bar, luscious appetizers, and romantic music performances. Tickets for the gala are $20 in advance, $25 a the door. Gala tickets can be reserved at 831-659-3115.

Finally a Retriever Day in Carmel by the Sea benefiting the Canine Companions for Independence. Tentative lineup includes: 1.)Registration, agility demonstration, canine assistance demo, costume parade for kids and dogs, photo shoots and brunch at two dog-friendly restaurants. 2.) Party at the beach, cocktail and hors d'oeuvre parties at Cypress Inn and Bistro Beaujolais. 3.)Retriever sculptures, painted by selected artists, will be at galleries and stores throughout town. There will be a silent auction with proceeds benefiting the CCI. 4.) Sunday there will be a Wine n Wag in participating dog-friendly Carmel Valley wineries.
